Warranty Extension – 5 years / Unlimited Km
Mazda Australia is pleased to announce a 5 year / unlimited km warranty as standard on all new and demonstrator Mazda vehicle sold from August 1 2018. This applies to the entire range of Passenger, SUV and Commercial cars.
The updated warranty replaces the existing three year / unlimited km warranty period offered on all Passenger and SUVs, and the two year / unlimited km or three year / 100,000km warranty period on Mazda BT-50.
This change reflects Mazda Australia/s commitment to its customers and confidence in the quality of its product.
GENUINE PARTS AND PANELS
John Newell Mazda always recommend that you service your Mazda with Mazda Genuine Parts. Not only because they help maintain the integrity of your Zoom-Zoom, but because all genuine parts are backed by Mazda’s Parts and Panel warranty.
MAKE A CLAIM
In the unlikely event that something does go wrong during your warranty period, contact John Newell Mazda for support and advice. They’ll need you to provide:
- full details of what’s wrong with your vehicle
- your name, address and telephone number
Once the team at John Newell Mazda have got all the information we need, we’ll book you in for the repair at the next available time.
